Interactive sessions on leadership, communication, and diversity awareness led by experienced facilitators.

Community Project

Youth design and carry out a hands-on community project, applying what they learn in a real setting.

Mentorship

One-on-one guidance from a mentor who supports each participant’s goals throughout the program.
