Provide employment opportunities for individuals, by matching their skills and abilities with the staffing needs of Corporate, Not for Profit organizations and Government employment partners and offering relevant training programs to build confidence and self-esteem for long term success and economic benefits to the community.
We recognize the value that employment brings to the lives of individuals, beyond simply providing a source of funds. The impact of employment and the dignity of being able to provide for ourselves and our families have incalculable effects on our own sense of worth and well-being, providing a source of community and a feeling of belonging. Recognizing that not everyone has the same capacity for employment as others, OSP is dedicated to connecting individuals to employment wherever they are at, while advocating with employers to provide inclusive opportunities.
