JOBWELL
JOBWELL is the connection point between a well of casual labour jobs, and an interested pool of workers.
The JobWell casual labour program connects with Edmonton & Area businesses to source out casual labour opportunities for Edmontonians with limited or no income.
The program works like this: Employers contact OSP with their labour requirements through filling out our convenient online requisition form or through direct contact with OSP staff. Interested workers come to OSP's offices, to be matched up and placed in their job for the day. OSP coordinates the rest!
Workers can access a changing list of available jobs on a day to day casual basis for same-day payment.

Employers have access to our motivated pool of temporary labourers, conveniently administered and managed by OSP. The only cost to the employer is the agreed upon hourly wage of their workers.
Volunteer & Donations
This program has a lot of moving parts, and we need you! Are you passionate about helping to employ and empower fellow Edmontonians who need the boost of employment? We are looking for people to assist with our morning job rush, direct people to the right location, complete some light administration tasks and more!
People can't work if they don't have the right equipment! We are always looking for donations of workwear and PPE for our workers:

- facemasks & face shields
- steel-toed work boots
- work gloves
- hard hats
- reflective vests
